Collected bits and bobs

This is a array of collected bits and bobs which are laid out across our bedroom windowsill at the moment. I seem to have started a collection of hands and both me and my partner have a rather large soft spot for little oil lamps or any oil lamps actually, or lanterns πŸ™‚ The lovely glass perfume bottle was given to me by a friend who also decorated it herself, and the kissing couple ornament was a Christmas gift from a very sweet big hearted elderly family friend of ours. The dragon incense burner my partner brought from a charity shop in Gosport. The retro alarm clock was from the Stubbington scouts jumble sale. The metal horoscope egg was a gift from my parents and has a little virgo mermaid inside it with a little secret trinket pot. The round heart pendant was made by a fellow Southsea Greenhouse crafter and then given away as part of a participatory art exhibit.

They’ve mainly been placed there due to them originally being in our bedroom so when we moved the box with them in ended up back in the bedroom, but I may move the lanterns to a place where we see them more often but then they do look nice with the light shining through them ummmmmm πŸ™‚

  1. Amazing energy this collection has. And I can only imagine the incredible energy created when light touches them.
Thank you for following my work Jennifer.
